Hip hop star 50 Cent has announced that he will be embarking on a tour of Australia and New Zealand later this year. The ‘Final Lap Tour’ will mark the 20th anniversary of the rapper’s acclaimed debut album ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’.

Tickets for the tour will go on sale on June 8th at 2pm local time. Fans will have the chance to catch the star live in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland.

50 Cent has revealed that there will be ‘special guests’ at the shows. He recently spoke about creating a modern version of Eminem’s semi-autobiographical film 8 Mile, as well as admitting that his upside down Super Bowl performance in 2020 was a mistake.

The ‘In Da Club’ hitmaker has been a major force in the music industry for two decades, with his debut album still being one of the most successful hip hop albums of all time. He has also enjoyed success in the film industry with roles in ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’, ‘Righteous Kill’ and ‘Southpaw’.
