Elton John Praises “Dynamic Duo” Nova Twins Ahead of Glastonbury Performance

Sir Elton John recently praised the Nova Twins in an interview with BBC Radio 1’s Clara Amfo ahead of their performance at Glastonbury. The beloved British singer and songwriter shared his admiration for the duo, saying that their energy “could light up Sheffield”. He further described their style as a mix of Rick James, Larry Graham, Sly and the Family Stone, and Bootsy Collins.

The Nova Twins responded to the high-profile praise with a post on social media, expressing gratitude for Elton’s support. The band is set to take the stage at Glastonbury’s Other Stage at 1:45pm on Sunday, June 25th. Elton John will headline the Pyramid Stage that same evening.

In the same interview, Elton John teased that he will have some special guests joining him during his Glastonbury set. While he did not share any further details, fans have speculated that pop star Britney Spears may be one of them. Could the Nova Twins be joining Elton John for his closing set? The Nova Twins have also recently joined Bring Me The Horizon as special guests for their headlining slot at Download Fest. They’ll also be appearing at Mad Cool Fest in Madrid from July 6th to 8th. With Elton John’s endorsement, the sky is the limit for this dynamic duo.
