K-pop girl group NewJeans is set to make their highly-anticipated return next month with their second mini-album ‘Get Up’.

Today (June 19), the group’s label ADOR announced that NewJeans’ new music will be released in July. On July 7, the group will release two pre-release songs, followed by the full mini-album ‘Get Up’ on July 21.

The six-track project will include three lead tracks – ‘Super Shy’, ‘ETA’ and ‘Cool With You’ – plus three B-sides titled ‘New Jeans’, ‘Get Up’ and ‘ASAP’. Videos for all songs are in the works, with the opening track ‘New Jeans’ set to feature a collaboration with popular animated TV series The Powerpuff Girls, in celebration of the show’s 25th anniversary.

A preview of one of the group’s new songs can be heard below. The songs ‘New Jeans’ and ‘Super Shy’ will drop on July 7, while the title track ‘Get Up’ will come out on July 27.

This isn’t the girls’ first foray into the world of music – last month, they teamed up with Jon Batiste, J.I.D, Camilo and Cat Burns on the track ‘Be Who You Are (Real Magic)’ for Coca-Cola’s Coke Studio season two. Plus, NewJeans member Danielle lent her voice to the Korean version of Disney’s live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid, performing the song ‘Part of Your World’.

In addition, the group recently made history by becoming the fastest K-pop act to hit 1 billion streams on Spotify, achieving the milestone in just 219 days with only seven released songs – breaking records held by Jungkook of BTS (409 days) and Lisa of BLACKPINK (411 days).

Fans of the group can expect the release of ‘Get Up’ in July – be sure to keep an eye out for the pre-release songs dropping on July 7, as well as the title track ‘Get Up’ on July 27.
