LE SSERAFIM have just dropped an exciting new remix of their hit song ‘Eve, Psyche & the Bluebeard’s Wife’, featuring the incredible vocals of Japanese-British singer Rina Sawayama. The hotly-anticipated remix is set for release tomorrow (July 28), and the accompanying teaser features a giant apple rolling through the hallway of a school, towards a bright orange light.
The original version of the song was released in early-May, when the girl group also released their first studio album ‘Unforgiven’. The record was led by the lead single of the same name, which featured legendary record producer Nile Rodgers of disco band Chic.
The new remix is the second English version of the song released this month, and follows a rework featuring new verses from South Korean rappers BIBI, Mirani and CAMO.
LE SSERAFIM’s ‘Eve, Psyche & the Bluebeard’s Wife’ was featured on NME’s list of the 15 best K-pop songs of 2023 so far. The song was described as a “sleek Jersey club number that grows infinitely more addictive with every listen”. The group’s album ‘Unforgiven’ was also featured on NME’s list of the best albums of 2023 so far, alongside IVE’s first studio album ‘I’ve IVE’.
