Billie Eilish thrilled fans at Osheaga festival this weekend by bringing out Philadelphia rapper Armani White to perform his song ‘Billie Eilish’. The track, which samples classic Neptunes music and has been streamed millions of times on streaming services, was released in 2022 and is a viral hit.
The singer teased White’s appearance before the show, asking the crowd if they knew the song of the same name. Once the track began playing, White came out to perform a shortened version. Afterwards, he tweeted his excitement, expressing shock at the number of people who screamed for Eilish.
Earlier in the weekend, Eilish headlined Lollapalooza in Chicago and debuted her new song ‘What Was I Made For?’, from the Barbie soundtrack. The pop star also made history by powering her set partially by intelligent, zero-emission battery systems, in partnership with environmental non-profit REVERB and Overdrive Energy Solutions.
