Taylor Swift Surprises Fans with First-Ever Live Performance of ‘Exile’ at ‘Eras’ Tour Show

Taylor Swift surprised fans at her ‘Eras’ tour show in Inglewood, California last night (August 7) by performing ‘Exile’ from her 2020 album ‘Folklore’. This was the first time Swift has ever performed this song live, and it was a special moment for those in attendance.

The singer also gave an acoustic rendition of ‘Dress’ from her 2017 album ‘Reputation’. This was the first time she has ever done this version of the song live, and it was a special moment for the fans.

Swift’s ‘Eras’ tour will now continue with two more shows at the SoFi stadium in Inglewood tonight and tomorrow (August 8-9). After that, she will bring the tour to Mexico for three shows at the end of the month and then to Brazil in November for its final dates of 2023.

Swift will then perform throughout Asia, Australia, the UK and Europe in 2024, before heading to North America at the end of the year for more dates, which include shows in Canada. Fans can register for the new North American dates here.

The singer also sent a special note to Alicia Keys’ son Genesis after he attended one of the shows. Alicia Keys subsequently shared a two-minute TikTok video that showed their experience, including footage of the first time Genesis met Swift in the audience at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
