Rapper Drake has joined forces with Latin trap artist Bad Bunny for a brand new collaboration. The news was revealed during Drake’s It’s All A Blur tour show in Los Angeles on August 13th, where Bad Bunny was in attendance.
The two had previously collaborated on the 2018 hit single ‘Mia’, but had not released any new music together since then. Drake took the opportunity to announce the upcoming collaboration, telling the audience that the track will be featured on his upcoming album.
The news of the collaboration has sent fans into a frenzy, with many expressing their excitement on social media. One fan tweeted “The club is not ready for this” while another said that the collaboration “is gonna heal me.”
The announcement of the Bad Bunny collaboration comes just weeks after Drake teased his upcoming album ‘For All The Dogs’, which he said will arrive in the next two weeks. The rapper had first teased the album back in January during a show in New York City.
The announcement has also been followed by other major news from Drake, including a surprise collaboration with Travis Scott on his latest album ‘UTOPIA’, as well as the purchase of iconic rapper Tupac’s custom-made diamond ring for a whopping $1 million. He also recently announced his debut poetry book ‘Titles Ruin Everything, A Stream of Consciousness’.
