Don’t Miss Out – The Weeknd is Coming to Australia & New Zealand in 2023!

Canadian singer The Weeknd is heading Down Under for a series of stadium shows in November and December 2023.
The R&B artist, real name Abel Tesfaye, is set to make his first Australian and New Zealand appearances since December 2017. Joining him for the tour will be record producer and collaborator Mike Dean, and R&B singer Chxrry22.

The tour begins in Brisbane on November 20 at Suncorp Stadium, and continues with a Sydney show at Accor Stadium on November 24. The tour will then wrap up with a show at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium on December 1, before a final show at Eden Park in Auckland on December 7.

Tickets will go on sale September 1, with a Vodafone pre-sale beginning Friday August 25.

Tesfaye has released two albums since his last tour, 2020’s ‘After Hours’ and 2021’s ‘Dawn FM’. The latter is considered a step on his journey to “find peace with himself”, according to NME.

The singer is currently working on the third and final instalment in the trilogy that began with ‘After Hours’, and it’s expected to be released soon.

Fans will be thrilled to see the Weeknd back in action after such a long hiatus, and this tour promises to be quite the spectacle. Don’t miss out on your chance to see the Weeknd live in Australia and New Zealand in 2023.
