Bob Dylan Center Announces New Songwriter Fellowship in Collaboration with Universal Music Publishing Group

The Bob Dylan Center is proud to announce their new annual songwriter fellowship in collaboration with Universal Music Publishing Group.

This fellowship offers two lucky recipients a generous $40,000 project stipend, as well as access to the Bob Dylan Archive, mentorship from a panel of esteemed musicians and songwriters including Nas, Juliette Armanet, Patty Griffin, John Mellencamp, and Carla Morrison, studio time at Leon Russell’s historic Church Studio in Tulsa, a roundtrip airfare, and other valuable opportunities.

The songwriter fellowship application is now open and will close on October 18, 2023. The fellowship will begin in May 2024 and run until April 2025. All aspiring songwriters are invited to apply here.

Bob Dylan also recently announced a string of North American tour dates for 2023, beginning with two shows in Kansas City, and including stops in Chicago, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Toronto, and Montreal.
