Blink-182 Tease New Music with Mysterious Website, Digital Clock & Posters Ahead of European Tour

Blink-182 have been teasing new music this week, with a mysterious website, cryptic digital clock, and promotional posters all popping up.

The website featured snippets of classic Blink-182 tracks, along with a brief sample of new music. The digital clock, shared by the band on their social media channels, flashes 12:00 and switches between AM and PM, playing the same snippets of music as heard on the website.

The posters, spotted in various locations, contain the Blink-182 logo and the phrase ‘One more time…’, hinting at the title of the upcoming album or single. According to the Blink-182 Italia fan account, the posters also feature song lyrics: “Do I have to die to hear you miss me?/ Do I have to die to hear you say goodbye?/ I don’t want to act like there’s tomorrow/ I don’t want to wait to do this one more time.”

2020 saw the return of Tom DeLonge, with the release of ‘Edging’, and the announcement of their upcoming ninth studio album. DeLonge previously described it as possibly their most progressive and best album yet.

The band’s European tour, with dates in Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin, London, Birmingham and Manchester, was postponed last week due to a family emergency. The tour will now kick off on September 8th with remaining tickets available.

Blink-182 fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of this new album and the teasers seem to suggest that it will be worth the wait.
