Disturbed frontman David Draiman is singing the praises of Taylor Swift, and he has even expressed his enthusiasm for collaborating with her. In a recent radio interview with Philadelphia’s WMRR station, Draiman spoke highly of her songwriting talent and her gumption. He went on to recognize other female pop stars, like Pink and Lady Gaga, for their gifts and for doing what Taylor does – playing a real instrument and singing live.

The group recently had an interesting experience during one of their Texas shows, when the sprinkler system went off during their performance. The band later addressed the incident on social media with humor.

Draiman also has a strong stance on the Israeli state, which he demonstrated when he performed the nation’s anthem ‘Hatikva’ at a recent show in Tel Aviv. He also called out Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters for his accusations of anti-Semitism, which Waters has denied.
