Geese, the Brooklyn-based indie rock band, are set to release their newest EP, ‘4D Country’, on October 13th. The EP will feature a reworked title track from their 2021 album ‘3D Country’, as well as the single ‘Jesse’, which frontman Cameron Winter described as “a slower, psych-ier, more soulful track”.
The band are currently on their UK headline tour, having already played Glasgow’s King Tut’s on September 10th. They will continue to play dates in Dublin, Leeds, Manchester, and Nottingham before the tour concludes.
Geese’s 2021 album ‘3D Country’ explored the band’s unique take on Americana in an age of climate crisis, and was praised by NME as “a genuine tour-de-force”. Their debut album, ‘Projector’, was also named as one of the best debut albums of 2021 by NME, which called them “New York indie underdogs with scrappy ditties primed for the moshpit”.
Fans of Geese can find out more about the band by reading through NME’s cover interview with them, alongside the classic rock-inspired playlist they created.
With their new EP ‘4D Country’ launching just a few weeks away, Geese are sure to continue to make waves in the music industry. Be sure to take a listen to the new single ‘Jesse’ and keep up with the tour in the weeks ahead.
