Epik High and SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi Team Up for New Single ‘Screen Time’

Epik High have released a new teaser for their upcoming single ‘Screen Time’, featuring none other than Hoshi of K-pop boyband SEVENTEEN. This marks the first collaboration between the K-hip-hop trio and the K-pop idol.

The single is set to be released on November 1 at 6pm KST, alongside an accompanying music video. In a tweet, Epik High’s Tablo teased the video as “amazing”.

‘Screen Time’ follows the release of the trio’s EP ‘Strawberry’ earlier this year. That project featured collaborations with K-pop stars such as MAMAMOO’s Hwasa, GOT7’s Jackson Wang and more. In a four-star review of ‘Strawberry’, NME praised the EP, calling it an “irreverent, bite-sized beginning to a new chapter”.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN recently made a comeback with their 11th mini-album, ‘Seventeeth Heaven’. The boyband achieved a record number of pre-orders, with over 5.2 million records sold before release.

In other K-pop news, Bae Suzy has revealed that she may retire from the industry at any time, as her current project could be her last. Big Bang member G-Dragon has also denied allegations of drug use, stating that he has “never used drugs”.
