Drake has just released his debut poetry collection Titles Ruin Everything: A Stream of Consciousness by Kenza Samir and Aubrey Graham and it is now available for purchase. To promote the book, the rapper took out full-page advertisements in the New York Post and Houston Chronicle. On the website linked from the QR code on the advertisement, Drake revealed that he has also made an album to go along with the book.
The surprise announcement was first teased back in June 2020 during the debut episode of Drake’s radio show Table for One. Drake officially announced the book on his Instagram page yesterday (June 24) where he asked his fans to support and purchase the book.
As for Drake’s most recent musical project, last November he released the 21 Savage collaboration ‘Her Loss’, which featured a solo guest appearance courtesy of Travis Scott. Reviewers described the album as an “exciting prospect marred by lazy songwriting”. In April, Drake released the Kim Kardashian-sampling ‘Search & Rescue’, his first new single since ‘Her Loss’. Just this month, he featured on British rapper J Hus’ single ‘Who Told You’.
No information has been shared yet about Drake’s upcoming album, neither the album’s title nor release date have been confirmed. Once more information is released, Drake fans will no doubt be eagerly awaiting the release of this new project.
