Coach Party have just dropped their latest and most powerful single yet, ‘Parasite’, off their upcoming debut album ‘KILLJOY’. Watch the video below for a taste of the heavy punk-infused track.
Described as a “maximalist punk track that incinerates in under two minutes” in a press release, ‘Parasite’ is a heavy-hitter that confronts the people in life who take advantage of the goodness of others. According to drummer Guy Page, it’s a song about avoiding the people who drain your energy and enthusiasm.
This is the fifth single released from ‘KILLJOY’, following ‘What’s The Point In Life’, ‘Born Leader’, ‘All I Wanna Do Is Hate’ and ‘Micro Aggression’. The album is due for release on September 8th via Chess Club Records. Pre-order your copy here. It follows their 2022 EP ‘Nothing Is Real’.

Coach Party are on the way to releasing their debut album ‘KILLJOY’ and have shared their fifth single ‘Parasite’ from the record. The track is an intense punk banger that speaks to the people in life who take advantage of the generosity of others.
Drummer Guy Page described the track as “a destroyer”, saying “when you see their name flash up on your phone, you genuinely consider eating it”. ‘KILLJOY’ is set for release on September 8th via Chess Club Records and follows their 2022 EP ‘Nothing Is Real’.
The band are also embarking on a UK and EU tour this month, with a full list of dates below. Visit here to secure your tickets and enjoy an evening of Coach Party’s dancefloor-filling indie bangers.
