Experimental hip-hop artist JPEGMAFIA has announced two exclusive Australian headline shows in September this year. The American artist will be in the country as part of the Listen Out Festival lineup, and will play at Melbourne’s Forum on September 25th and Sydney’s Roundhouse on September 27th.
Tickets for the shows will be on sale from August 25th, with a Frontier Members pre-sale commencing two days earlier. Fans can also buy tickets for the Listen Out Festival now, with a lineup that includes Skrillex, Ice Spice, Four Tet, Lil Uzi Vert, Metro Boomin and Coi Leray.
JPEGMAFIA was last in Australia in July 2022, performing shows in Melbourne and Sydney alongside an appearance at that year’s Splendour in the Grass. Since then, he has released a collaborative album with Danny Brown, ‘Scaring The Hoes’, in March this year. His most recent solo album was 2021’s ‘LP!’ which was met with critical acclaim from music fans and critics alike.
JPEGMAFIA has always been known for his unique and exhilarating sound, no matter what tempo he’s at. His music is often considered ‘criminally underrated’, and he continues to keep his integrity no matter what.
